Fruit Pulp
Details:
Our Shivapati terms “pulp” and “puree” are sometimes used interchangeably, they refer to products with different consistencies.
- Pulp is typically coarser and thicker, often containing small chunks or fibers of the fruit. In some applications, like juicing, pulp refers to the fibrous remnants left behind.
- Puree is a smoother, more uniform substance created by further processing pulp, typically by blending it. It is strained to remove any remaining lumps, seeds, or fibers.
Description
At Shivapati, we cultivate Fruit pulp using drip irrigation, organic fertilizers, and eco-safe pest management techniques.
Fruits are grown under ideal tropical conditions, allowing them to develop a natural sweetness and high juice yield.
-
Fruit pulp retains many of the natural nutrients found in whole fruits and offers several health benefits.

- High in vitamins: It is a good source of vitamins, including vitamin A and vitamin C, which support the immune system.
- Source of dietary fiber: Fiber is crucial for digestive health, and fruit pulp provides both soluble and insoluble fiber.
- Aids digestion: The fiber content in fruit pulp, along with natural enzymes in some fruits, can promote regular bowel movements and gut health
